Boundless in Brooklyn: A 48 Hour Dance Film Contest - 4 Spots Left!

Boundless in Brooklyn: A 48 Dance Film Contest, offers a new and unique platform for artists in various disciplines to create, collaborate, network, and present dance films to an eclectic audience. Produced by of bones || hollye bynum, this contest challenges participants to generate original dance films in two days. Boundless in Brooklyn culminates with the Boundless Screening Gala, presented at the Mark Morris Dance Center, where films made within the 48 hour period will be screened and awarded. The Boundless Screening Gala provides the community with an affordable, exciting, and educational way to view dance film. Events will take place Friday, July 29 - Sunday, July 31 in well-equipped, beautiful facilities around Brooklyn.

of bones || hollye bynum is an emerging film and stage dance production company based in Brooklyn, NY, that seeks to find commonalities between dancer and viewer by introspectively exploring the human experience. The company's recent credits include: A presentation of Ms. Bynum's Pretty Little Things at the Wave Rising Series at 92Y's Buttenweiser Hall, choreography for UNBOUND an InstaMiniSeries project created for promotion of David Bowie's album Blackstar, an international tour of their dance film In Transit, curating and producing The International Dance Film Screening at the Theater at the 14th Street Y, and producing a self curated, mix bill dance film and stage concert, entitled mouthfull. which has been presented annually since 2013 to sold-out audiences.
