Kyle Abraham/Abraham.In.Motion is seeking fall 2016 interns! Positions are open from September through December and available in all areas of administration and production: 

Administrative interns are given a full view of the inner workings of a contemporary dance company including tour preparation & logistics, marketing & social media management, fundraising & grantwriting, and office administration. 

Production interns support AIM’s staff and Company of dancers during the 2016-2017 touring season. Candidates should have a background in technical theater/theatrical design; should be detail-oriented and organized; and must possess strong communication, writing, and computer skills. Experience with Vectorworks, Lightwright, and Qlab are strongly preferred. While interns are encouraged to have a specific area of focus (lighting, wardrobe, etc.), they are expected to be willing to assist in all aspects of production as the need arises.

A minimum of 10 hours a week and a 4 month commitment is preferred.
