Green Space, a Long Island City-based studio seeks a Work Study Assistant for:

Box Office for our monthly Performance Series: Take Root.  Interested parties should be available for if not all but most performances in the 2016/2017 season, dates are below.

The work study assistant will be responsible for checking in patrons, collecting payment and handing out programs. They will also be assisting with a light strike at the end of the evening.

This is a great opportunity to see dance for free, as well as be part of the community of dance in LIC and NYC.

Box Office hours: Fridays 6:30-10pm

                           Saturdays 7-10pm

 

Dates for the Season are:

2016: 9/23-24, 11/11-12 & 12/9-10

2017: 1/20-21, 2/10-11, 3/17-18, 4/21-22, 5/12-13 & 6/2-3

 

We are looking for someone who is reliable, on-time, interested in the arts and has a friendly demeanor.  Someone who is a quick learner and able to complete tasks on their own.

Compensation: Rehearsal Space and/or Admission to dance class
