Brooklyn-based dance company ALDEN MOVES Dance Theater seeks male dancers and a Sugar Plum Fairy for our immersive Nutcracker.

Male Role(s): Toy Soldier, Russian, Rat, Spanish. Classical training and partnering experience required. Acrobatic skills and Luigi jazz background a plus.

Sugar Plum Fairy/Columbine: Superb ballet technique and pointe work required. Contemporary background with Luigi Jazz a plus.

Commitment: 2-3 solo (daytime, weekday rehearsals to be scheduled at a mutually convenient time);  full-company run-through rehearsals Dec 3 & 10, 2:00-6:00pm ; tech rehearsal Dec 7, 10:00am-2:00pm; performance Dec 11, 3:00-7:30pm; company meeting (to be scheduled at a mutually convenient time, beg-mid Nov )

Compensation: $100 Project Stipend
