The Brooklyn Music School is looking for a committed, organized, and experienced instructor to teach Creative/Modern Dance in its acclaimed Arts Reaching Youth After School program (ages 5-12yrs old)  from 4:30-6:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons as well as Saturday mornings Early Movers (3-5years) and possible beginning ballet starting in January. There may be other openings in BMS' Outreach Program so all those interested should apply specifing their availability. 

For 105 years, The Brooklyn Music School has been offering world-class dance instruction. Although, primaryily a music school, BMS has had a long standing tradition in dance and is looking for versatile instructors that can carry and uphold this legacy. Candidates should be well versed in a variety of dance styles and should be able to teach group classes of students as young as 5 years old. BMS is looking for vested, fun-loving, mild-tempered teaching-artists that want to make an impact and enrich youngsters through dance. BMS is specifically looking for career teaching-artists that have the possiblity of taking up administration responsibility and not performers looking to teach.
