Father John Misty is seeking dancers for his spring 2017 tour, choreographed and directed by Faye Driscoll.

Father John Misty, child Josh Tillman, and Josh Tillman all star in this arguably unprecedented and potentially ill-conceived cage match of the mind, taking the viewer through the primal darkness of collective narcissism and into the light of consciousness and self-acceptance.

We are seeking female dancers with exceptional dance training and performance experience, as well as extensive experience with improvisation and acting. A curiousity in and commitment to the creative process are musts.  Interested parties please send head shots and resumes to fjmdancers@gmail.com.

Auditions will be held on 30 JAN- we will respond to head shot and resume submissions with further details.

This is a paid, touring dancer position.  Initial rehearsals will run from 10 - 15 FEB.  Secondary rehearsals, production rehearsals and touring will begin 15 APR and run through 29 MAY.  A valid, current passport with no criminal record is REQUIRED, as the touring party will be working in Canada.  Additionally, the position will include meal per diems, flights between performance cities and multiple-night shared accommodations in quality hotels.
