Acting Class for Dancers

Have you recently had the craving to see and create dance that's not only physically captivating, but also tells deeply human stories?

That is the purpose of this acting class specifically for dancers and other NYC artists. The class is based on the Meisner Technique, which emphasizes accessing your authentic emotional responses and living truthfully in the moment. Unlock your full emotional range and connect with other like-minded movers.

The class is taught by James Brill, who is a protege of Sanford Meisner. You can check out his bio at the link below:

The class will be on 6 Saturday afternoons in April and May, 1pm-5pm. Tuition is $325 for the 6 sessions. This is a private class not advertised to the general public.

If interested, please email emilymaymorrison@gmail.com with your resume, social media link, and a brief statement about why you think the class would be a good fit for you. You may also request to get in touch with the teacher if you'd like to speak with him before moving forward.

Respond now to secure a spot! The deadline is Monday, March 27, but acceptance will be on a first come-first serve basis.
