DanceBARN Festival - July 24-30

The DanceBARN Festival is an annual event held in Battle Lake, MN (three hours NW of Minneapolis) that brings professional dancers, choreographers, and dance educators from all over the country together for one week of dancing, creating, relaxing, and performing in the heart of the lakes.

This unique experience allows choreographers, dancers, and educators to gather at the lake for a week of classes, choreographic explorations, networking, and playing at the lake.

What to expect:
Daily technique classes in a beautiful old church.
Rehearsal space available and opportunities to create and perform.
Relax at the beach, kayak, hike, waterski, swim, sail. Enjoy the lake life.

Lodging:
Unlimited camping
Limited space at the historical lake cabin, The 7 C's, on crystal clear Battle Lake
Access to refrigerator, restrooms, showers and kitchen for all "stayers"

Cost:
Full Festival (July 24-30): $165
Half Festival (July 27-30): $115
Need a place to stay?: $80
Subsidized Rates available for teachers.
Ages: 21+

Apply to teach or choreograph by April 16th

Apply to attend the festival by June 4th

Screendance submissions due May 14th
