For our 2017-2018 season, we are looking to hire committed faculty for various disciplines and programs listed below. Teacher must have a BA/BFA or higher in dance/ professional dance experience may be considered, and committed to grow with the organization.

Programs

Creative Movement, Ages 5-7 - Wednesday’s 5:15pm-6:30pm

Students are introduced to the basic concepts of space, time, and energy, engaging in activities that expand their individual creativity. Students will learn spacial awareness, listening skills, group socialization and structure, while strengthening their bodies, and coordination.

Conservatory Program -Level 1, Ages 8 & Up - Monday’s & Wednesday's 5:15pm-8:00pm

This program is designated to give students in depth training in ballet, modern, jazz,
and repertory. Level 1 meets twice a week, allowing students to gain in depth knowledge
of fundamentals. Each month students participate in a movement exam in each discipline , evaluating benchmarks set by faculty. The faculty looks deeply at student growth, and revisits any areas of weakness. Students move onto level 2 by faculty recommendation.

Conservatory Program -Level 2, Ages 8 & Up - Tuesday’s & Thursday’s 5:15pm-8:00pm

This program continues to give students in depth training in ballet, modern, jazz, and repertory. Level 2 meets twice a week, allowing students to dive deeper into their technique. Each month students participate in a movement exam in each discipline , evaluating benchmarks set by faculty. The faculty looks deeply at student growth, and revisits any areas of weakness.
