i KADA Dance presents KoDaFe in NYC International Festival on June 20th and 21st,  2017 at Manhattan Movement & Arts Center!!

We are in preparation for our annual international dance festival, KoDaFe in NYC 2017, and we are looking for dancers to join the company for the festival and the rest of our 2017 Season.

i KADA Dance Workshop!

We are holding a 2-day workshop on March 23rd and 24th. 

3/23 from 5-7pm at Mark Morris in Duffy.

3/24 fro, 6-8pm at Gibney dance (890 Broadway) in Studio 1.

Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with artistic director, Mee Jung, and the i KADA company members. This experience will include an exploration in a collaboration of contemporary dance, contact and improv skills with the assistance of Korean, Jazz and Classical music. This will be part of a cultural journey, gaining a greater insight into i KADA contemporary dance company.

i KADA Dance Audition!

Our annual AUDITION will be held on March 26th from 10am-12pm at Gibney dance (280 Broadway) in Studio E.  We are seeking male and female dancers that are strong in ballet, contemporary and improvisation techniques for the 2017 season.

-Dancers must be available for 2 rehearsals (4 hours) per week from the first week of April. Some compensation will be given based upon funding. There will be a stipend for the festival and annual show for company members only. 

-Selected dancers will be considered for future employment and consist of touring and performing with i KADA Contemporary Dance Company.
