Seeking Male Dancer for 10th Anniversary

Ripley-Grier Studios, 520 8th Ave, Holding Room 17J, NYC

The Chase Brock Experience, a Brooklyn-based contemporary dance company, is seeking one male dancer. Upcoming activities include 10th Anniversary New York Season. Rehearsal for NY Season performances begin on November 6, with a break November 22-25, with performances November 27-December 9. To attend this audition, dancers must be available November 6-21, and November 26-December 9.

Seeking—Versatile, spunky, vibrant, witty male dancers: must be at least 18 years old, no taller than 5’10”, all racial and ethnic backgrounds, with very clear jazz, modern and ballet technique, impeccable musicality, command of very fast footwork, great sense of humor and showmanship, and a highly developed ability to learn and retain repertory dances in a fast-paced rehearsal environment.

Auditions will be held Oct. 15, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Ripley-Grier Studios, 520 8th Ave, NYC. Pre-registration is necessary; please e-mail CBEauditions@gmail.com and attach a picture and resume in order to receive an appointment time as capacity is limited. Please send video link if available. Audition will consist of several short selections from the CBE repertory. Be warmed up and ready to dance. Bring sneakers and be prepared to dance barefoot.
