Ananya Dance Theatre invites dancers and performers who are committed to

• physical, intellectual, and emotional stamina

• professional rigor, and

• social justice choreography.

 

An audition will be held Friday, January 12, 2018, 9am-11am, at Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana, 4 West 43rd Street, 8th floor – Studio A, New York City. 

 

(Take the elevator to 7th floor – restrooms & changing areas are down the hallway – then walk (1) flight up to the 8th floor to the dance studios.)

 

Please come ready to dance. We will work barefoot. There is no financial charge to participate in the audition; no reservations or tickets are necessary.

 

Ananya Dance Theatre is a company of women of color who intersect social justice choreography and Contemporary Indian Dance to create People Powered Dances of Transformation™.
