The Kennedy Dancers, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in Jersey City, is seeking experienced female dancers to join the Kennedy Dancers Repertory Company (professional dancers) and perform in several upcoming performances from now through 2019, including our 2018 Annual Holiday Showcase at the Landmark Lowes Jersey Theater in Jersey City. Show dates are Friday, December 14th, at 10:00am for the local schools, and December 14th, at 7:00pm for an evening show for the general public, as well as Saturday, December 15th, at 3:00pm for the matinee.

Dress and technical rehearsal for our holiday show will be on Thursday, December 13, 2018, from 6pm - 10pm. Call time for the December 14th daytime performance is 9:00am. Call time for the December 14th evening performance is 6:00pm. Call time for the Saturday, December 15th, matinee is 1:30pm.

Rehearsals for our repertory company are held every Thursday from 6:30pm – 9:30pm. Our choreography encompasses contemporary, modern, and theatrical dance. Dancers must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in performing professionally and must have ballet and modern training. Must be able to grasp choreography quickly. Paid rehearsals and performances.

Additional performances for 2019 will be added as performance dates are confirmed and opportunities become available. You must be able to attend all rehearsals and perform in all shows accordingly for our professional repertory company. Must amicable, prompt and reliable!!! No divas!!!
