CASTING FEMALE TUTTERS AND FINGERBOARDERS IN THE NEW YORK AREA (and gender fluid/non-conforming and those who identify as women). No face will be shown, only show arms, hands and legs. 
Each talent/hand should have it's own character –being able to express themselves through their hands.
