FlyBarre is a total body sculpting class with an athletic edge, using light weights, bands, exercise balls and driven by music.

We are looking for outstanding new talent to be trained in the FlyBarre method and join our amazing NYC team. Professional fitness or dance background and certifications a plus, but not required.

Auditions are invite-only, and will be taking place in early May, with training beginning the following week. Training will last 5-6 weeks.

Job Requirements and Skills:

Passionate, positive and hard-working individual with a love for health and fitness
Strong Interpersonal communication and inspiring leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to lead with confidence
Ability to count and move to the music and distinguish beats
Seeking flexible availability, with at least 1 weekend day open to teach
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Teach anywhere from 4-10 classes a week.
Participate in marketing activities
