Our fast growing company, is seeking efficient, forward-thinking problem-solvers with an abundance of warmth and impeccable customer service skills. One must also have a passion for community engagement, and wellness to support our sanctuary-meets-club environment, and all of our guests who dance with us daily. 

Responsibilities :

Provides high level customer service and hospitality

Has acute attention to detail and loves to hustle! 

Confident and comfortable during high volume situations

Works cohesively with all staff members and management to complete daily tasks 

Provides support for Instructors and the FORWARD__Fresh team between classes

Enjoys highlighting and communicating retail product knowledge to guests 

Upholds FORWARD__Space company values and vibes at all times 

Requirements:

Must have customer service/hospitality experience (boutique fitness/wellness a plus) 

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Must be able to meet physical demands of the role

Must exude a professional and friendly tone through phone and email communications 

Must have the flexibility to accommodate at least 3 part-time shifts per week
