American Liberty Ballet is seeking professional female ballet dancers who are strong on pointe. We hold company class, and rehearse on Saturdays from 2-6pm. We are currently in production for "In A Nutshell", an original take on The Nutcracker by Valerie Mae Browne, which will show at Abrons Arts Center on Jan 4th at 3pm and 7pm. There are soloist and corps de ballet roles available. Dancers must be available for all Saturday rehearsals, and both performances. In addition to the two theatre productions there will be 4-6 promotional shows at smaller venues around NYC and NJ. These promo shows are not mandatory, but encouraged. We rehearse in Union City NJ (a short bus ride from Port Authority).
