Flamenco Vivo seeks Patron Development Intern for Winter/Spring 2020

Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana seeks a Patron Development intern for January-June 2020 season.

The Patron Development Intern assists the Executive Director with fundraising and marketing strategies geared towards deepening patron engagement to grow revenue and audience loyalty. The intern will work closely with the Executive Director and Program Director to:

- Update donor databases conduct prospective donor research
- Plan donor cultivation events
- Assist with management of social media accounts
- Generate content for social media and other digital outlets
- Handle website updates

The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, basic organizational skills, and an interest in engaging in Flamenco and other dance classes and events. Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills are a priority. Experience with PatronManager, Facebook Business Manager, and other media software a plus, in addition to a strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Minimum commitment:
10 - 15 hours per week is requested depending on the duration of the Internship. University and college enrolled students are asked for one semester of time. A monthly stipend is available plus the opportunity to take free flamenco classes and utilize free studio space.
