Seeking Choreographers: The Big Gay Dance Show at The Tank

 
The 5th Annual Big Gay <virtual> Dance Show

The 5th Annual Big Gay Dance Show presented by Gotham Dance Theater and The Tank NYC will be held virtually on Thursday, July 16 at 8pm ET as part of PrideFest!

We are seeking LGBTQ+ choreographers and dancers to join in on the big gay evening! The show will include pre-recorded videos from the LGBTQ+ Artist community. This is not a live performance. 

To submit, please fill out this Submission Form by Friday, July 3, 2020.
Select choreographers will be notified by Sunday, July 5. 

Guidelines:
- Your piece must be no longer than 5 minutes.
- Your piece does not have to be strictly dance. You may submit spoken word, poetry, monologues, original music, etc.
- You may submit more than one piece. Only one piece per Choreographer/Artist will be selected.
- NO submission fee.

The Big Gay Dance Show has been held annually since 2016 and is curated by Founder/Director of Gotham Dance Theater, Marc Nuñez. Previous artists who have presented include Vivake Khamsingsavath, Jacqui Dugal, Jamari Johnson Williams, Timothy Muniz, Emory Campbell, Luca Renzi Smith, Nadia Khayrallah, Eleanor Altholz, Lyndsay Dru Corbett, Tony Bordonaro, Jeff Davis, Joe Monteleone, Victoria Beale.
