We invite you to join us for our free, weekly improv jam No Time Zone on Saturday! This week, we are happy to announce that Emily Pope will be the leader of our jam.

Emily Pope is a performer, teacher, choreographer, dancer, and video artist. She is an alumni of the ballet school at UNCSA(1991). She has a BFA in Dance Performance/Choreography from OSU (1997, Summa Cum Laude), and her MFA in Performance/Choreography from NYU Tisch School of the Arts (2007). She has performed with Yin Yue Dance Company, White Wave Young Soon Kim Dance Company, Hilary Easton + Co., and Tamar Rogoff Performance Projects.

She is the rehearsal/choreographic assistant for Tiffany Mills Dance Company, and a performer for Douglas Dunn + Dancers, and Tamar Rogoff. She started HoverBound Productions in 2006, as multimedia performance lab to collaborate with other local artists. 

Her work has been presented at Chen Dance Center, The TANK, Chez Bushwick, John Ryan Theater, 3rd Ward, St. Marks Church, TheaterLab, and Galapagos.
