Interdisciplinary International Dance Artist seeking Market Research & Strategy Intern

The B. Create. team is seeking interns to join the team as soon as possible. We are at a very exciting time with B. Create. - the beginning. This is a chance to help our team develop the strategy, the foundation and clarify the function and aims of how we put our mission and vision into practice. 

We hope that you will be able to join our team for a 6 month period of time (or more if you want!). You will be working with two other interns who have been supporting the team since September. See roles, responsibilities and details on how to apply below:

Market Research & Strategy 

 

Major responsibilities:

Analyze and synthesize data from all of our audiences and provide support and guidance to the team to maximize market research capabilities

Support the development of a community-outreach strategy that includes our current audiences and the audiences we want to target.

Playing a major role in the process of establishing and developing our target audience, figuring out the specific target audiences for all services and opportunities we offer.

Researching the field and understanding who else is in our space, knowing what they are doing that makes them successful and using this research to identify potential opportunities. 

Research and development to find the artists, supporters and collaborators that we need to build our community.

COMPENSATION Package

Mentorship – 1 hour meeting/month to discuss personal goals and career plans

Networking opportunities and opportunities to partner with organizations

Stipend for each performance worked and event-based stipend for each event worked

***option to rotate through multiple roles/take on projects in other areas
