RudduR Dance Audition Notice

Artistic Director Christopher Rudd is looking for male and female dancers, particularly of the African Diaspora for immediate hire.  Dancers should have excellent ballet, modern, and partnering technique. Aerial work is a plus but not required.  Applicants should be prepared to work at a high technical and artistic level, be a responsible group member, and be open to working collaboratively with fellow artists.  

Selfcare while attempting to reach one's maximum potential as a performing artist is paramount.  Applicants should be aware of the sensitive nature of the works and the psychological and physical demands of exploring and depicting them.

In order to fulfill this engagement you MUST be legally elegible to work in the United States and willing to be vaccinated should the need arise.  In order to fulfill this engagement you MUST NOT be a full time student.  Artists MUST be available for all rehearsals, performances, and residencies beginning 02/01/2021 through 04/15/2021.   There may be potential for contract extension.
