Screendance 101 - Spring 2021

Screendance 101 - Saturdays, noon-2pm EST, April 10th - May 15th, online. Mini Fest premiere, May 22nd at 8pm online.

Do you want to ignite or deepen your screendance practice? Join renowned practitioner, educator, and scholar Cara Hagan (American Dance Festival's Movies by Movers) for a playful, creative expericence full of deep learning. You'll read and watch a collection of carefully curated materials to contribute to your knowledge and inspire! You'll create new work in a supportive atmosphere and share your movies in a mini-fest premiere. You'll have access to all materials, private office hours, and your cohort for the entire six weeks. The cost is $340. A limited number of scholarships are available, with special attention to BIPOC, queer, and disabled artists. Contact Cara directly with questions! cara@carahagan.net
