Become a REIKI 1 practitioner this July

Hi Friends! I am hosting another Reiki 1 attunement this July. Read on if you are interested.
Reiki has helped me heal and expand my understanding of my body on many levels and I am honored to share this beautiful practice with more people.
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning “spiritual energy” or “universal life-force energy”. Reiki is the science and art of activating, directing and applying natural, universal life-force energy. To promote energy balancing, healing, wholeness; to prevent disease and to maintain a state of balanced wellness and
equilibrium.
I will be hosting the attunement in person (I am fully vaccinated) in NYC, however there is an option to participate virtually as well.
The attunement will happen in 2 sessions:
Session 1:

- You will receive printed handouts (let me know if you would like to save the trees and bring your device instead. Happy to share a PDF with you)
- We will go through the steps of working with energies and safety protocol
- Intention
- Noticing
- Releasing
- Cleaning up
- We will talk about what reiki is and how it works
- We will finish with an attunement
- We will share our experiences and talk about what to expect post-attunement
Session 2:
Fill out your availability for this session here if interested:

- We will check in and share our experiences with Reiki post attunement
- We will do a group meditation
- We will practice on each other
- We will reflect and share
- You will receive your Reiki 1 Practitioner Certificate
Rate:
The full rate is $300* which includes the 2 sessions above and a 30 minute one-on-one consultation with me, scheduled based on our availability.
