Seeking Apprentice Dancers for Summer Dance Project

Matthew Westerby Company is a non-profit dance company that strives to build community through the arts. MWC is seeking apprentice dancers - either high school/college students or recent graduates - for an apprenticeship for the Company’s summer community dance project - The Harlem Project (2021). Apprentices will work with the Company and community performers of all ages in rehearsal, have a willingness to be a part of the creative process and be able to commit to a limited rehearsal schedule. Dancers will compensated with a stipend for rehearsal and performance.
