New Jersey based dancers for September outdoor performance
Buggé Ballet is looking for six dancers to perform at Liberty Hall Dance Festival in Union, NJ on Saturday, September 25th from 1pm-4pm with a rain date of Sunday, September 26th 1-4pm. This new site-specific work will be performed outside, two times, within a picturesque hedge maze garden on gravel stones in sneakers.
Rehearsals will be held outdoors at Liberty Hall Museum on the Kean University campus in Union, NJ on the following dates/times:
Friday, August 6th 2:30-4pm
Thursday, August 19th 5:30-7pm
Wednesday, August 25th 5:30-7pm
Friday, September 3rd 2:30-4pm
Thursday, September 16th 5:30-7pm
Wednesday, September 22nd 2:30-4pm
Tech Rehearsal: Saturday, September 25th beginning at 11:00am (or Sunday, September 26th beginning at 11:00am in the event of rain)
In the event of inclement weather, rehearsals may be rescheduled
Interested dancers should be technically trained in ballet as well as proficient in modern and contemporary ballet. To be considered, please email the below to buggeballet@gmail.com by Wednesday, July 21st.

About Liberty Hall Dance Festival
Liberty Hall Dance Festival is New Jersey’s historically inspired dance festival. In the past three seasons the festival brought together 40+ professional companies & choreographers from the tri-state area to the beautiful Liberty Hall Museum, performing for 450+ total attendees at site-specific outdoor locations. Choreographers have the opportunity to present work in a unique venue surrounded by picturesque nature. Buggé Ballet is a critically acclaimed ballet company based in the New Jersey/New York City region and led by founding artistic director Nicole Buggé.
