Beam & Barre is a dance and gymnastics apparel and shoe store and we are looking for a sales associate to join our team. As a part of the Beam & Barre team, you will work together to provide exceptional customer service to a variety of dancers and gymnasts.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist customers as needed with fittings of dancewear and dance shoes.
- Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
- Answer phones in a professional manner, providing information in detail.
- Reconcile orders and maintain inventory from vendors weekly.
- Help maintain store appearance.

Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail
- Great interpersonal skills
- Patience and a sense of humor
- Knowledge of social media
- Experience with pointework a huge plus

A retail background and/or experience fitting shoes is preferred. Availability on Saturday is a must. The best candidate will be self driven and take initiative toward the creation and completion of projects to garner more customer volume.
