Dance Media is the publisher of Dance Magazine, Dance Spirit, Pointe, Dance Teacher, The Dance Edit and Dance Business Weekly. Work will be done across all brands for editorial and commercial purposes. 

Tasks mainly consist of editing provided footage into short and long-form videos for YouTube, social media channels and special presentations. Most projects will require creating and adding graphics. There are opportunities for conceptualizing, shooting and producing short videos as well. 

Successful candidates will be experienced videographers with knowledge of the dance industry, ideally including familiarity with major dance companies and artists. They will have a keen attention to detail, a respect for deadlines, and a collaborative, creative spirit in working toward content and commercial goals. They will be able to communicate directly with press reps, companies and talent to coordinate shoots. This is a remote position, aside from work done on site when filming.
