MorDance Audition Oct 3rd 10am-2pm

MorDance seeks dancers for upcoming work. Pre-Registration for audition and proof of vaccination are required. Pre-register by emailing resume, headshot, and video link to reel. Vaccination card or app must be presented to front desk on audition day.

When: Sunday Oct 3rd from 10am-2pm
Where: Manhattan Movement and Arts Center, 248 W 60th St New York, NY 10023
What: Audition will consist of class and repertory.

Dancers must have strong classical ballet technique, be excellent movers and partners, and demonstrate strong contemporary abilities. Women must have exceptional pointe work. The company is looking for versatile dancers who are quick learners and enjoy the creative process. Ideal candidates are either recent graduates from prestigious training programs or have had experience dancing professionally.
Upcoming work includes rehearsals to begin immediately, school outreach performances, NYC Open Culture rehearsals, works in progress performance at Martha Graham Studios and performance season at Symphony Space.


Rehearsals are typically on Wednesdays and Fridays. Dancers must be available for performance season at Symphony Space April 25-30. Additional performance dates and exact rehearsal schedule to be confirmed soon.
