seeking freelance dancers for project based work

thank you for reading. We are currently inviting dancers to join a rotating team of artists and videographers for livestream performances and special events. 

The ChoreoJoey Project, a collective performance troupe, is looking to complete its roster for new ballets and additional productions to be performed November 2021 - March 2022. dancers must be experienced in Jazz & hip hop. Additional skills in lyrical, modern, or West African dance also welcomed. 

Dancers should be comfortable with improvisation and storytelling. dancers should also be able to learn choreography quickly. rehearsals and performance will be mixed virtual & in-person in NYC, so dancers should be local and would have to be vaccinated to adhere to local laws & jurisdictions. 

Rehearsals mondays & wednesdays 6pm - 9pm starting wednesday, September 15th, 2021. Dancers should have open availability on Mondays & Wednesdays for rehearsals, and flexible Saturdays for filming/performances.
