Call for Choreographers

Newark Dances is looking for professional dance companies, solo dance artists, choreographers and all kinds of performance that incorporates movement of the body. All dance genres are welcome to apply. There are no state residential restrictions. Selected artists will receive an honorarium.

Newark Dances is committed to supporting the creation of new and diverse dance works by local choreographers and dance artists. Our performances are free and open to the public. Our first performance is scheduled to take place in Weequahic Park, Newark, New Jersey in October of 2022.
