HBT Trainee Program - Accepting Applications

Hudson Ballet Theatre’s Trainee Program provides artists ages 18+ the opportunity to build a solid foundation for company life in a professional dance company. As an intermediary between student training and a professional career, dancers will take company class, join in company rehearsals, and perform in our annual productions.

An ideal candidate for the Trainee Program is someone who is looking to continue their training in New York City after high school or college with the flexibility to explore other part time opportunities in the evening. With the exception of our productions, our weekly schedule ends before 2:00 pm, allowing our Trainees to have their evenings to work, freelance, and/or study in the Tri-State area.

Enrollment for the HBT’s Training Program is rolling. All applicants should submit a resume, head shot, and video reel along with a $20 application fee. Please see our website for deadlines as well as performance and schedule details.
