We are Aika Takeshima and Sara Pizzi, the directors and founders of a diversity, equity, and inclusion organization LIVABALL as well as our dance company sarAika movement collective. Our aim is working on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as an advocator for those who are queer, low income, immigrants, artists, women, and BIPOC. It is vital for us to support them during pride month. 

We are looking for queer and alleis dancers who are willing to support all underrepresented groups in this world by volunteering to dance for NYC Pride March 2022 on Sunday 6/26 with us! 

In our group, there will be around 40 dancers, 20 musicians, drag performers, visual artists, and other artists/non artists who want to support our cause, having fun & bringing what each participant loves to do and is passionate about.

NO REHEARSAL NEEDED - a week before the event, sarAika is going to send you a short clip with 8 counts of 8 to memories. The rest is going to be improvisation and enjoying the celebration together.
