Terre Dance Collective - Layers V.4 Application

 

Layers V.4 Choreographer Application

This Fall, Terre Dance Collective is having the fourth iteration of our shared performance platform, Layers. Since 2018, we have been able to showcase the work of 30+ choreographers in both in-person and virtual performances.

Terre is currently searching for individual choreographers, collectives, or companies based in the NYC metro area interested in presenting work this Fall. We are looking for new creations or polished work-in-progress, and all proposed work must not exceed 7 minutes. There is no production fee and no application fee. 

Application Deadline: August 5th, 2022

Decision Notification: August 12th, 2022

Performance Date/Time: Sunday, October 23rd at 5 pm (Tech time is TBD)

Performance Location: TADA Theater (15 W 28th St, New York, NY 10001) Please do not contact the theater about this performance. If you have any questions please email terredance@gmail.com.

About Terre Dance Collective:

Terre Dance Collective is a group of movement artists working to create emotionally engaging and physically compelling contemporary dance. Terre was established in July 2017 by Artistic Director Robert Rubama. Since its inception, we have developed and presented choreographic and improvisation-based work in various venues across the East Coast & Midwest of the United States.
