APDC Seeks 3 Queer Identifying Dancers for Upcoming Project

The Company:

Established in 2019, Anna Paterson Dance Company is a queer dance and performance group which strives to share life experiences through the dance medium. APDC explores ideas such as age, class, gender identity, and sexual orientation, through humanistic movement and connection. 
Our mission is to spread the joy of movement and help audiences see themselves reflected within dance. Anna Paterson's work has been described as "authentic", "quirky", and of course "camp". Through these stylized works, APDC brings audiences into the community with loving embrace.

 

Role:

We are seeking 3 queer identifying dancers for an upcoming project on November 13th 2022. Rehearsal dates are TBD and will be scheduled based on dancer availability. Dancer must have strong contemporary, partnering, and ballet skills. Must be open to experimentation and have a positive attitude.

 

How to audition:

To audition please send a photo or headshot, resume, and one video of you dancing with the subject APDC Project Interest - (Your Name). Video can be a reel, class video (please identify yourself), or improvisation video that demostrates how you move. Deadline: 8/27/22
