Experienced Part-time Administrator for Table of Silence Project 9/11

Buglisi Dance Theatre, Jacqulyn Buglisi Artistic Director, is a premier contemporary dance company located in the heart of Times Square. The position is a hybrid of remote and in-person work and involves assisting in the coordination of the 2022 Table of Silence Project 9/11, a site-specific, public performance ritual for peace held on the Josie Robertson Plaza, Lincoln Center featuring 150+ dancers, Sunday, September 11, 2022, and streamed around the world. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to scheduling, maintaining rehearsal attendance logs, administrative liaison with the cast and production crew, attendance at rehearsals when needed, overseeing volunteers, and assistance in related cultivation events, marketing, social media, website maintenance, and general office administration. For in-person duties, candidate must be fully vaccinated and boosted, and follow all Covid protocols. Administrator must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated, and possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong PC and Proficiency in WIX, Photoshop, Publisher, Microsoft Word and Excel, Filemaker, Constant Contact, YouTube, Vimeo and social media. The Administrator reports to the Executive Director and the Artistic Director.
