Leading non-profit performing arts center in New York City is looking to build a Production Department and seeks a team of highly experienced, collaborative, and creative production professionals to support artists and programs across a full array of disciplines. 

Director of Production, a role with oversight of the Production Department. Working closely across departments and a key member of the management team, the Director interfaces with both internal and external stakeholders and will set the tone and standard of excellence for the Production Department.  The Director is responsible for building a team of skilled production managers and technicians; advancing shows; analyzing and determining technical labor and department budgets.   

Production Managers, a role supporting the production of all events, including advancing shows and providing technical advice and on-site oversight for performances. Possessing knowledge of all technical aspects of production from sound to lighting to stage management, the Production Managers must also possess exceptional communication skills. Key to this position is the ability to guide and support artists and behind-the-scenes personnel in order to deliver performance experiences of the highest quality.    

Part-Time Technicians, a role providing on-site technical oversight and assistance on shows on as-needed basis.
