La Boutique Fantasque

Seeking Dancers for two performances on January 8 and February 11 of La Boutique Fantasque intended for family audiences.  Dancers with Ballet background preferred but dancers with other training (Theatre Dance, Modern, Jazz, Latin, Folk, etc.) considered.  Choreography is based on Character/Folkloric vocabulary.  Rehearsals will be at Ballet & Body, 325 E 65th Street on the Upper East Side.  Rehearsal commitment for individual dancers will fall between 3-5 hours per week during the rehearsal period December 1 - January 6 for the January 8 performance.  (additional rehearsals will be scheduled for the February show).  

 

Two Performances (commitment to both preferred but dancers only able to participate in one will still be considered)

Tech/Dress: Wednesday, January 4 @ 6-10 and Performance: Sunday, January 8 @ 2:00

Tech/Dress: Wednesday, February 8 @ 6-10 and Performance: Saturday, February 11 @ 2:00

Tech Rehearsals and Performances at Theatre 71, 152 W 71st St on the Upper West Side.

 

Dancers will be performing alongside Faculty, Staff and Students of Ballet & Body and select students from Great Neck School of Dance.
