Looking for a space outside NYC for your latest dance/choreographic residency or workshop ? Come to Bethany Arts Community in Ossining, NY. - just 30 miles north of midtown Manhattan and accessible by MetroNorth. Bethany Arts Community offers short term residencies attracting artists at different stages of their careers from around the world for the development of both new works and works in progress. Many dance companies have already taken advantage of our great dance studio and performance space. BAC welcomes artists working across most disciplines, including visual artists in any medium, writers, playwrights, choreographers, musicians, composers, performance artists, filmmakers, and lighting, projection, costume and sound designers. During their time on site, artists develop new works while engaging with local artists and the public. BAC is also available to rent for short term residencies as very reasonable rates. 
Facilities include 1,560 sq. ft of rehearsal and performance space outfitted with sprung floor for dance and movement arts; Up to 27 sleeping accommodations and 25 wooded acres. For more information: www.bethanyarts.org
