WAXworks Marketing & Production Internship

WAX seeks a qualified Marketing & Production Intern to work on the WAXworks Spring performance series. Intern must beavailable to work noon-10pm in person on-site at Triskelion Arts theater in Greenpoint, Brooklyn on each and all of the followingSunday performance dates 03/19/23, 04/16/23, 05/21/23, 06/11/23, in addition to occasionally workingindependently on smaller projects. $400 stipend offered at the end of Spring series.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is a team-player, and has a passion for the performing arts. Due to ourproduction and deadline-oriented schedule, candidates must be organized, personable, and able to work under busy conditions.Great opportunity for growth, experience, networking and fun. Duties include assisting techs, backstage coordination, front ofhouse support, social media posts.
Candidates with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, and social media platforms is preferred. Experienceworking with dancers or in live theater preferred by not required. Knowledge of Adobe photoshop or premiere software preferredbut not required.
