About the artists:

For this new work, visual artist and musician Julien Creuzet will draw from his private collection of dances, gestures, and attitudes gathered from Instagram over several years. All generated by content creators of African diasporic descent, this selection constitutes an unparalleled database of radical imagination and ancestral traditions that encompass a wide spectrum of movements and physicalities. With the collaboration of the choreographer Ana Pi, Creuzet intends to create a live installation composed of dance and video seeking to provoke new emotions and new temporalities. This hour-long performance comes from the desire to challenge and expand the relationship between screens and bodies.
