Position Title: Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate Reports to: Director of Communications & Marketing

Job Summary: The Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate works with all departments at ADF to provide uniform and professional materials for communication purposes. This position oversees digital and print projects from conception to delivery. Also responsible for maintaining the ADF website and supporting ADF’s marketing efforts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills: A strong professional portfolio. Bachelor of Arts in graphic design or a related field or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro, as well as WordPress. Experience with video editing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Mind Body a plus. Experience and skills working in a Mac environment. Must work well independently, possess the ability to design for multiple audiences and marketing campaigns, be technologically savvy and comfortable navigating and learning new systems, and work well under pressure and be able to multi-task.

Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position. Salary hiring range is $40,000-$50,000 depending on experience and qualifications. ADF offers an excellent benefits package that includes PTO (holidays, vacation, sick time, and personal time), plus health, long and short-term disability, dental, and life insurance, and a 401K with a 4% match.
