  - Previous experience teaching ballet to children ages 5-10 is essential

  - A strong understanding of ballet techniques and terminology

  - Patience and a nurturing personality to connect with young students

  - Good communication skills to engage with both students and parents

  - A passion for dance and the ability to inspire young dancers

  - Certification in ballet teaching is a plus but not required
