SHIFT, Dance. Arts. & Media seeks new company dancers and apprentices for our 2023 - 2024 season. SHIFT produces live and virtual work. We seek dancers with strong modern/contemporary training and are interested in working with dancers with additional technical and artistic skills. SHIFT compensates dancers with stipends per performance.

We hope to begin casting dancers through an audition at one of our regular company rehearsals on Friday, June 16, 4-8 pm. The rehearsal will be held at Gibney Lower Manhattan (280 Broadway). Dancers interested in auditioning for SHIFT are invited to attend and dance in this rehearsal, which will allow SHIFT to get to know candidates' movement styles and technical affinities. This will also allow candidates to learn more about SHIFT's movement style.
