New Dance Alliance's LiftOff Residency takes place at NDA’s Studio in Tribeca and provides three physical-based performance artists with a minimum of 36 hours of rehearsal space each, an introductory meeting, and two feedback sessions. This residency is for artists looking to join a small cohort of artists to share and give feedback on each other's work. 

Fall/Winter LiftOff artists have access to book the studio from November 6, 2023 – January 31, 2024.  
Spring artists have access to book the studio from March 1, 2024 – May 31, 2024. Studio hours can only be booked Monday – Friday from 10am-6pm. Please make sure this works with your schedule before applying.

Feedback sessions will be in-person. They are designed to share about creative process, project development, and participate in a community exchange. Feedback sessions are a space to present live work you are creating during the residency. Discussions regarding process, development, and production are also encouraged.

This residency is only available for solo artists, or groups with up to 4 artists. More studio regulations can be found here.
