Seeking artists with childcare experience!

 

Artists Who Care is seeking approximately 5-7 female artists with childcare experience to add to the AWC roster starting in January 2024. 

Artists Who Care is a referral-based business formed in 2018 with a dedication to supporting the arts. 10% of AWC's annual net earnings is donated toward funding the arts in the New York public school system. Past school recipients include New Voices School of Academic & Creative Arts and Frank Sinatra School of the Arts. Service requests filled thus far have included ad-hoc babysitting, recurring weekly childcare positions ranging 2-30 hrs/wk, travel nannies, birthday parties/private events, dog walking, overnight dog-sitting, front desk coverage, and even a wedding coming May 2024!

*Current family needs are requesting:

-female caregivers

-those in close proximity to Williamsburg/Greenpoint and Upper East Side

-those who can commit to completing at minimum the 2nd semester (January-June) 

*AWC is additionally requesting:

-those who have professional experience working with children with behavioral issues, developmental delays, and/or learning disabilities

-those with infant/toddler experience

Submission deadline: January 10th

In person meetings begin: January 4th
