"Sip, Savor and Swirl" your choreography at Nacre Dance Group's "So, You Think You Can Choreograph?" on 8/3/24 In Saratoga Springs
 

CALL FOR CHOREOGRAPHERS: Nacre Dance Company is accepting modern dance choreography submissions for their annual “So, You Think You Can Choreograph?”competition.  This year’s performance will be at UPH (Universal Preservation Hall) located at 25 Washington Street in Saratoga Springs, NY.  The theme for this year’s competition will be “Sip, Savor and Swirl” choreography that brings wine labels and descriptions to life as the audience samples wine paired with chocolate to select their favorite piece of choreography!  Take a tour here:

All accepted applicants will receive a $300.00  honorary stipend upon completing the competition.  Accepted submissions will be performed on Saturday, August 3rd at 7:30pm at UPH, where the audience votes on their favorite choreography. The winning choreographer will then be commissioned to set a new piece of modern dance choreography for Nacre Dance Company for the 2025 season.  Deadline to apply is March 30th.
