Drye/Marinaro Dance Company is seeking 1-2 new artists to join us for the summer.

2-4 Performances touring w/ Queensborough Dance Festival (June-September), Possible Teaching opportunities in Summer Intensive in Stroudsberg, PA (August), and Company Seasonal Performance (September)

Dancers must have strong technique, sufficient partnering skills, strong emotional connection to movement, great performance qualities, and great communication skills .

Auditions will be by Invite Only on Tuesday, June 4th 4PM and will be by Invite Only.

Drye/Marinaro Dance Company presents work honoring real life experiences. The process is a form of healing, and an outlet for the choreographers and dancers. With community as the pillar of our artistic mission, We strive to create a safe space to connect to these real life experiences for both our collaborators and professional artists, and viewers. Our work aims to intrigue audiences with thought-provoking themes, using dance as the medium to make connections about life and human interactions. Using dance as a way to tell our stories is vital as our outlet, and our truest voice.

Compensation

Between $500-1200 per dancer dependent on number of performances, rehearsals, and other work. Breakdown is as follows:

• $20/hr rehearsal pay/// $75 per QDF performance (7-8 minute dance set) /// $250-350 pay Full Length Work Pay (dependant upon role )
