JULY 12 - PLAY MOTION LAB - FEAT. CHING CHING WONG X PETER CHENG

A black and white image of two headshots of the workshop teachers, side by side. Ching - @thejeffevrard / Peter - @jasonlammm

Our July Play Motion Lab session welcomes Ching Ching Wong, straight from her journey from Canada to the U.S.! Come join us for two full hours of sweat and community alongside Ching and P/M/L founder Peter Cheng.

Expect non-stop, guided, instinctual movement, followed by dynamic paired phrase work that will have you bopping, twisting, pulling, shouting, flicking, spinning, and shaking. And probably hot dogs (just kidding..there will be no hot dogs).

Music inspiration provided by the best of Whitney Houston, including her 1987 hit “I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)” !
