Seeking World Dance and Music Instructors

Cuban Rumba Erica Olivares Bowen

World Arts East is a small business committed to introducing our clients to the best in world arts, world music, and Ayurveda. We are seeking instructors of world dance or world music for part time teaching work at our Chelsea/ Midtown based studio.

Applicants should be practitioners of their art form and have a deep understanding of how to share the form with students of various levels and backgrounds. Our dream applicant is someone who has studied, performed, and taught their art form and are excited about sharing the form with others. We are an "all hands on deck" studio and expect that all instructors actively promote their class as the studio will consistently do. Increased pay is available for instructors and classes that bring in more students.

Some classes we are looking to add include:

Ballroom dance, Flamenco, Hawaiian/ Tahitian, Bellydance, Bollywood, Dance Fitness, K-Pop, African and Latin Dance Forms

Did we forget anything? If so, feel free to propose your idea to us. Please email your resume to worldartseast@gmail.com. Thank you.
